Daniel’s Bio:
Daniel Forster has been in the construction business for 30 years.
He is a second generation home builder and General Contractor.
Daniel’s father, Ray, has been building homes and developing home
communities for 60 years, so he learned from him at a very early
age.
“It became my passion to create,
build and develop in my early college years. I am very knowledgeable
in all phases on construction and decided to begin my own construction
company years ago since I enjoy designing and building many different
construction projects to fulfill my clients dreams.”
Growing up on a Kansas farm provided experiences
in creating imagination to build and create many projects. Working
on many of his father’s home developments after school and on
the weekends lead to creating a strong work ethic and to aspirations
in starting up his own construction company as a young adult.
Daniel worked at a lumberyard during high school
weekends, and then a framing company after college. Next, he became
interested in masonry and concrete flat work. Working in electrical,
plumbing, and drywall, built important problem solving skills
in working on remodels from the ground up.
Lastly, Daniel was a Lead home inspector: with
over 5,500 home inspections completed.
Fully Licensed, Bonded, and Insured. Serving both Residential
and Commercial.
